I bring a background in Hakomi therapy, couples work, including emotionally focused therapy (EFT), trauma work, EMDR, and the new generation of mindfulness-based behavioral approaches. Together, we build on your strengths and resources to discover what resonates deeply, and explore new, more satisfying and joyful ways of being in the world.
